Bob Schroeder - Founder/Consultant

Bob Schroeder

I started my automotive apprentiship in 1970 and fully qualified in 1974. I've worked at a truck shop,Toyota dealership & GM dealership before going into my own business in 1992. I am continually taking upgrade courses. My hobbies are building street rods,drag racing,camping and water skiing,spending time with the family at the lake

Joe Reyven - Manager

Joe Reyven

Six years experience as inside and outside sales rep for transmission parts suppliers. Eighteen years’ experience in transmission shop management. Manager of Bob’s Driveline Service since 2000.

Dave Vanderwel - Master Transmission Technologist

Dave Vanderwel

Dave Began his career at BC Automatic Transmissions in 1981. He graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Transmission Technology and achieved his Journeyman certification in 1984. He continued working at BC Automatic, specializing in automatic Transmissions. Over the years Dave worked his way up to an ownership position and the company's premier transmission tech. He joined Bob's Driveline in 2017.

Lee Gazso - Journeyman Automotive Technician

Lee Gazso

Lee has worked on cars and motorbikes his whole life, building his first car with his dad at age 16. He completed his pre-apprenticeship at Fraser Valley College in 1989 then began his apprenticeship at First Class Automotive where he became a Journeyman Automotive Technician in 1995 and continued his employment till 2002. He was then employed by Kirkpatric Auto Repair till 2011, and by Hank's Welding as an Auto Restoration specialist till 2017 when he joined Bob's Driveline.

1974-78: torque convertor reman facility, 1978-80: apprenticeship program, rebuilder & technician. 1999- present: rebuilder & technician at Bobs Driveline Service

Dennis Foster - Re & Re and General Repair Technician

Dennis Foster

Dennis has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive repair industry. He has done general repair and heavy truck work as well as RV service technician work, but most of Dennis’s experience has been in the field of transmission removal and re-installation.

Wes Mayer - Transmission and General Repair Technician

Wes Mayer

Wes started out repairing and servicing machinery on his uncle’s farm. He then began an apprenticeship program at Bob's Driveline in 2008. By 2016 he had completed all the necessary course work at Kwantlen Community College and gained sufficient practical working experience at Bob’s Driveline to be certified as a transmission and general repair technician.

'89 Grad w/ honours from Career Prep Program '89-93 General repair '90-94 Grad from BCIT, top 3% for full journeymanship '94 Current general repair and electrical, specialized in trans & driveline Have taken mutliple courses over the years for electronics and transmissions and have had Chrysler dealership training courses as well Taking upgrades to keep up with the technology
